Our Story

The Owner, David Cowan, III, has been involved with the construction industry for over 10 years.  A Florida native, Mr. Cowan began his career with a large industrial construction contractor after graduating from University of Florida's School of Building Construction.  His path led him West to Colorado where he has been involved with both commercial and residential projects throughout the state.  This along with his experience as a carpenter before and during his college career has provided Mr. Cowan with the skill set necessary to oversee and perform the duties your unique project shall require.  

When Mr. Cowan is not growing his company, he is most certainly to be found on the hills and streams of Colorado.  An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Cowan enjoys all the skiing, fishing, mountain biking, camping and hiking that Colorado and beyond has to offer.
